The room is about 17 square meters in size and has its own sink. The rent is €535.35 per month including gas/water/electricity, plus €14.50 for the washing machine and internet. You can take over items in consultation with the current resident. The room will be available in April. (In consultation)Our house is in a quiet neighborhood and you are 2 minutes by bike at 2(!) Appies, a Lidl and Strijp shopping center. The city center and the TU/Fontys are about fifteen minutes by bike. We are a relatively quiet house, where we regularly cook, eat together and there is always room for a chat. Of course, there is also the space to do your own thing! Are you interested in the room? You will receive a Campus Contract. This means that you must study and show proof of enrollment from your HBO or university every year to continue living here.
