The room is 12m² in size and costs around €330 incl. G/W/E. We have a large living room and garden, where there is plenty of partying, once a year we also organize a big house party. In addition, we have renovated our kitchen ourselves and it now has no less than 6 gas burners! We also cook and eat together almost every night. Of course we also have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Our house has 2 toilets and a bathroom with 3 showers. We have built a canopy in the garden so that you can chill even with rain. In the summer we move our living room to the sidewalk where we have a delicious meal together in the evening sun. To top it all off, we also have a nice indoor bar in the garden. Our house is centrally located in Eindhoven, 5 minutes by bike to stratum and about 8 minutes to the uni. We also have a Jumbo and Appie within walking distance.
