From the 1st of May, a room will become available in our house on the Gestelsestraat. The room is temporarily available until August, with an option until final. The station, the center and stratum are not much more than five minutes by bike from us. You will also find an appie around the corner and TU/e is less than ten minutes by bike. We have a living room with its own beer tap, TV with both a playstation and chromecast and a beer fridge. In addition, we have a bathroom, 2 toilets and our own kitchen, where a dishwasher ensures that washing dishes is effortless. The same goes for your own laundry with our washer and dryer. In other words, everything a student needs. We live in a house with 9 guests and a playful tomcat. As a house, we often eat together, study together during exam weeks and regularly drink a beer at the bar. In addition, we undertake plenty of other activities to add colour to our student life. The room is 10 m2 and costs 325 euros p.m. These prices include G/W/L and other (service) costs. Are you a male student looking for a room for this year and possibly next year?
