Do you also want to get the most out of your student days and live in the nicest male student house in Eindhoven? Then you've come to the right place. There will be several rooms available! We are a cozy student house of 7 people who are not averse to a beer and a party. In addition, there is good cooking every evening and we all eat together (we have a good BBQ!). In addition, we also like to exercise and study together and we can often be found in the sun on our balcony. Our house, located on the Mauritsstraat, is only 10 minutes from the station and the TU/e, in addition, the AH is around the corner and it is only a 5-minute walk from stratum! The available rooms are available from August 1st and are between 12m2 and 20m2 for only 200 to 325 euros per month. This includes G/W/L and other (service) costs. We also have a bar with tap in the house, another bar in the backyard, a spacious roof terrace, a general living room and a communal kitchen. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. In the living room we have an interactive television with a good stereo and a Playstation, where we often have a drink and relax after studying with the whole house!
