Then this is the perfect place for you! We are looking for a cozy, male roommate for our student house on the Fuutlaan! Several rooms will become available, around 16m^2, with an attractive rent of €295 per month (incl. g/w/l). Our house is perfectly located in beautiful Eindhoven, within 5 minutes you are at the station, in the lecture hall or on a terrace on Stratumseind! We are a house of seven men between the ages of 18 and 21 and do a lot together. There is cooking every evening and there is always someone to drink a beer with or play cards. In addition, we also regularly exercise and study together. There is usually plenty to do on weekends as many of us stay in Eindhoven. However, it is quiet at home around exam weeks, so that everyone can earn the necessary credits. Our house is equipped with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, a private bar on the mezzanine floor and a roof terrace facing south. Many summer evenings are experienced here barbecuing, while enjoying a special beer or two.
