For the good distribution of the six residents boys/girls, we are looking for a girl between the ages of 19-23 for this room. Good command of the Dutch language is a requirement. We think it is important that you participate in the activities in the home. This means that you eat together at least 2 times a week and each resident fulfills some household chores every week. It is important that you like cosiness and create a feeling of home together with the other residents. It would also be nice if a refugee has some questions about the Dutch lesson he/she is taking, you want to help them with that every now and then. The house is inhabited by students and refugees and is owned by the Stichting Huiskamer voor Vluchtelingen Eindhoven. Someone who is interested in different cultures is our preference. If the occupancy has expired satisfactorily during that period, there is the possibility to extend the tenancy agreement. The student is following a full-time course at an educational institution in Eindhoven. Registration with the Eindhoven population register is also a requirement. The house is located in the vicinity of the center in the Vonderkwartier and is about 10 minutes by bike to the station. It concerns 1 room on the 1st floor at the rear of the house of approximately 12 m2. The room is equipped with a sink, carpeted tiles on the floor, curtains and ceiling lamp. The house has a shared living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, backyard with storage for a bicycle. Renovation work will be carried out in the house in mid-2025. This may cause some inconvenience. Minor work is also being carried out in some of the residents' rooms. Because we regularly eat together, we ask €90 food / household money per month.
